Born out of my own experience of making a big move in life in 2021, I started over, moved to Orange County, and realized how much I needed to be surrounded by the right women to get me through it.

Not surface-level networking, but real people and authentic conversations. The kind where you feel seen, understood, and a little more clear on what’s next.

Then after a long healing journey, in 2025 I started move&make for women in OC who want that too. Through our Hot Girls Have Hormones™ series and curated mixers, we open up honest, stigma-free conversations around hormones, gut health, mental health, and growth, because none of this is meant to be figured out alone.

This is where real talk meets real connection, and where women come to better understand themselves, their bodies, and their next move.
